The Who
I am excited to offer Massage Therapy and the Ida P Rolf Method of Structural Integration. I have been practicing therapeutic bodywork since 1998, and I specialize in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Injury Rehabilitation. I completed the Advanced Training at Boulder College of Massage Therapy and graduated from the Guild for Structural Integration in 2010. The Guild teaches the original techniques developed by Dr. Rolf. Later, her techniques became known as Rolfing ® and this term has been trademarked by a school for bodywork. My years of experience lend depth to my bodywork, yet I keep my practice simple, holistic, and effective.
The What
I have explored the therapeutic process with dancers in the Denver Ballet Company, professional triathletes, people who work in construction and folks with chronic injuries. I have also employed my passion for bodywork as a teacher, working to communicate the intricacies of our physical systems and massage therapy to students around the country. Simply put, I am an anatomy geek that just keeps going, and my clients think this is a good thing.
The Why
I bring the breadth of my experience, my dynamism and my geeky-ness to each session, fully committing to uncovering a healing path with each client. My passion is discovering a window into the part of each person that is amazing, unstoppable, and undeniable. As I accompany my clients on a healing journey, I work to bring my practical skills, my humor and my enthusiasm to each co-created revolution.
The How
My office is set up to bill Motor Vehicle Accident claims as well as workman compensation claims. I also bill personal insurance claims for massage.
